At first, it was just one person.
When a customer who recognized Park Ji-hun carefully struck up a conversation, the attention around them quietly began to gather.
Nobody was staring outright, but here and there he kept catching glances flicking back and forth between their phones and his face.

Right now the café felt like sitting on a bed of nails.
"Fine. Then let's go get food. You've got to start your stream later anyway."

A cold wind hit them the moment they stepped outside. A bowl of hot broth before parting ways sounded perfect.
After about ten minutes of walking, the newly opened sundae soup place came into view. Even though it was still early evening, the inside was packed with customers.
"Here it is."

"I told you it was a good spot."
The two of them went in. Luckily, one empty table was left in the back. They sat down and ordered two bowls of sundae soup.

The man sitting at the counter let out a startled sound. After freezing for a moment, he shot up from his seat and came hurrying over. Surprise and delight had risen on his face all at once.

Park Ji-hun looked around the shop once without a word. Even this early in the evening, it was full of customers.

SilentRoom smiled and went on.
"On weekends there's even a line. Weekdays around this time it fills up fast too."

"Man, that's seriously impressive. Cutting loose one business partner completely changed your life."

Park Ji-hun said nothing and just lifted his water glass to drink.
Just then a worker came over with two bowls of sundae soup and set them on the table. Steam curled up from the earthenware bowls.
SilentRoom immediately turned to the worker.
"Bring a large suyuk to table 6 along with that, please." [TL Note: suyuk, thin slices of boiled pork]

Then he looked at Park Ji-hun and said,
"This one's on me."
"Ah, it's fine, really. You don't have to."

Once SilentRoom went back, Woo-sik said with a grin,
"Heh, my friend who used to be a job-seeker is now getting comped by the boss."
"Enough. Just eat."

Woo-sik scooped up a spoonful of broth, ate it, and his eyes went wide.
"Wow, this place is the real deal. The broth's killer."
Park Ji-hun lifted his own spoon and tasted the broth. It was rich. No wonder there were so many customers.
A little later the suyuk came out too. He picked up a piece, put it in his mouth, and it gave way tenderly. It was good.
By the time the two of them finished their meal, the shop was even more crowded than before. Outside, a line had formed at some point.
Stepping out of the shop, Woo-sik glanced through the glass door.

Park Ji-hun looked inside too. Within the shop, SilentRoom was taking care of customers in a blur.

Then Woo-sik turned to Park Ji-hun and said,
"But you're gonna start having a rough time out in public soon."

A piece of the music video flashed by briefly, the screen switched once, and then the chorus dropped in.

It was the first day of Levinael's comeback song release.
