Chapter 30: Verose’s Defeat?

She wanted to help Verose, but her aging body wouldn’t allow it. If she really did so, she’d probably only hold Verose back.

The butler couldn’t stand by any longer. He stepped forward, intending to open the door and fight alongside Verose, but what he received was a scolding from Verose, tinged with annoyance.
